Fetta, Bacon & Herb Dip

INGREDIENTS
150g Bertocchi Barossa Valley Fetta
150g Bertocchi Maestro Streaky Bacon
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped basil
3 semi dried tomatoes finely
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Cut the streaky bacon into small pieces and cook until crispy. Set aside to cool
In a bowl mash the fetta adding the oil and lemon
Once combined add the basil, semi dried tomatoes and cooled bacon
Mix well and season with salt and pepper and serve
