BBQ Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
600g Bertocchi Ready To Eat Oven Roast Chicken Breast from the Deli
300g bag of mixed salad greens
1 punnet cherry tomatoes, halved
1 Cucumber, sliced
1 Red onion, thinly sliced
1 tbsp Olive oil
Lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Cut the Ready To Eat BBQ Chicken into 1cm thick slices
In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper
Toss the salad gently to combine, then top with the BBQ chicken slices
TIP
As another option choose the Sweet Chilli Chicken or Portuguese Chicken from the same range as a substitute
