Baked Brie with Rosemary
30mins Serves 8

INGREDIENTS
250g Bertocchi Adelaide Hills Double Cream Brie
1 garlic clove thinly sliced
4 sprigs fresh rosemary cut into ¼
PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced
Place brie on oven tray lined with baking paper
Cut 6 small slits into the top of the cheese
Push the rosemary and garlic slices into the slits
Fold the baking paper over the brie to enclose. Bake for 20mins or until the brie is soft and fragrant, and green onion
